Polka Dot Island in Boutiques
Erica and Mom went to some shops in Oregon and sold a ton of bows for me! I am so happy and lucky to have willing salespeople who won’t get much in return for their efforts!
One boutique bought 22 bows in some of the popular fall colors (shown). The other boutique bought 70 bows in more traditional pinks! I didn’t get a picture of those before I sent them off, but they are very pretty too. Both shops sell for babies and toddlers so they wanted the smaller “ladybug” bows. I need to get out to the shops here now. I just hate trying to convince people to buy stuff– Not a salesperson at all. But that comes with the job, so I need to bite the bullet.
Thanks again for the sales ladies!
That is SO GREAT. Your bows are really beautiful I am not surprised that they are doing so well. I am still going to send you the pictures. I just need Scotts HELP. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANNAH I am sending a card. Sorry we are late.
Your bows are gorgeous! We find out in a little over a week what the baby’s gender is, and if it’s a girl, I’ll be knocking your door down to order bows, I love them! I just wish Gracen would stop ripping them out of her hair. I’ve given up with the haead bands for her, even though I think she looks so cute in them! Oh well.
I’m not much of a salesman either. I figure “no” means “no”, at least that’s how I shop. But there’s this whole salesman language out there where “no” means “keep asking”. I don’t get it. It reminds me of a “Malcolm in the Middle” episode where Dewy asks his mom to buy him a toy and he interprets his mom’s “no” as being “ask me again in 2 minutes” and “ask louder”.
