Starting Seven Steps
I did it. I went to read the Seven Steps for this week and did one of them today! These are all of the expired medicines from my cabinets. I thought the little trash can would hold it all but had to expand to the shoe box. The oldest thing I found were some cough drops that expired in 2000! Now I have a long list of things I need to update my supply. I never check dates before I give medicine, so at least I know that any medicine I give to my sick babies will be current with full potency.
Now I need to get mammy to clear out the fridge at work…I ate some chicken nuggets there today and while I was dipping them in some sauce I got from the fridge, I happend to look at the date, and I’m glad I did….Best if used by 2004! Oh Mammy, maybe I’ll clear it out tommorow when your away, and not looking. 🙂
I am glad you posted so I can keep up with all the preperation FUN.
Hi Amy, I designated 2008 to the year of reducing clutter as well. I have been going through each room but have the basement and a closet or two left to do. I suppose then I should touch up paint but maybe that will be 2009.
I loved “Too soon old, too late smart”. I read it after your recommendation and I use Robby’s white binder blog jokes for the Relief Society newsletter every month. Love to everybody, Lorelei
Amy I love the totally ready website and am working dilligently on the weekly seven steps. Thank you for sharing!
