I have a friend Kyla who also blogs and she tipped me off to a couple of fun things:

Daytripping Mom: A blog for anyone interested in exploring Southern California with a family. She has information on all sorts of destinations, and even a list of things to do that are free. I love it, and will check it often. Even more when the kids are out of school I’m sure!
